CodecLens uses third-party infrastructure providers to host the website and deliver email notifications. These providers process information only as needed to operate those services for us.

Current examples include website hosting infrastructure and email delivery infrastructure used by the contact and beta request forms.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for paid CodecLens purchases. Paddle processes checkout, payment details, applicable sales taxes, receipts, refunds, and subscription billing under its own privacy policy. CodecLens does not receive or store complete payment card numbers.

CodecLens receives transaction and subscription records needed to deliver and support the product, such as customer contact details, Paddle identifiers, purchased plan, billing status, renewal dates, payment amounts, currency, and refund or cancellation status.

CodecLens and its service providers, including Paddle, may process and store information in countries or regions outside your place of residence. This processing is limited to operating the website, completing purchases, delivering subscriptions, preventing fraud, providing support, and meeting legal obligations.

We keep submitted messages and related operational records only for as long as needed to respond, evaluate product interest, maintain business records, and protect the service from abuse.

If you want us to delete a previous submission, contact us through the website contact page and include the email address used in the original request.

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the website and form delivery pipeline. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit passwords, source code, confidential media assets, or sensitive business data through public forms.

CodecLens is intended for professional engineering and business use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
